Personal Data Processing Consent

CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Version 1.4 dated 25 August 2026

This Consent is intended for new enquiries submitted after the partnership form at https://victoriasafonova.ru/ resumes. The form is disabled on the publication date, so this Consent cannot currently be given and does not apply retroactively to earlier enquiries.

1. Giving consent and the Controller
After the form resumes, by selecting a separate, unticked checkbox below the form and clicking the submit button, I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to processing by the following Controller: Victoria Viktorovna Safonova, an individual applying the special Professional Income Tax regime (self-employed) and not registered as an individual entrepreneur; registered address: 11 Zoi i Aleksandra Kosmodemyanskikh Street, apartment 42, Moscow 125130, Russian Federation; postal address: 31 Klary Tsetkin Street, Moscow 125130, Russian Federation; telephone: +7 985 908-80-06. This Consent is given separately from the Privacy Policy and any other document or confirmation.

2. Purposes of processing
Consent is given for receiving and reviewing my enquiry; contacting me at the email address I provided, including sending a reply through the Controller’s domain mail; discussing a project or cooperation and taking pre-contractual steps at my request; and recording and proving the fact, time, method and terms on which this Consent was given. This Consent does not permit advertising mailings, publication of the data or disclosure to an indefinite group of persons.

3. Personal data covered by the Consent
This Consent covers only: name; reply email address; organisation or project name, if provided; selected enquiry category; message text; interface language; address of the submission page; submission date and time; enquiry identifier; versions of this Consent and the Privacy Policy; language and method of giving Consent; and the SHA-256 checksum of the exact Consent version.

Technical network data automatically sent by the browser when the Site is loaded and a request is transmitted is processed for security and request delivery on the legal bases and under the procedure described in the Privacy Policy, not under this Consent.

This Consent does not cover health information or other special categories of data, biometric data, passport details, bank details, passwords, data concerning minors or third-party data. Such information must not be included in the message. Accidentally received excessive data is blocked and deleted without use unless another lawful basis applies.

4. Processing operations and methods
The Controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve and use the data; provide or make it accessible to a person listed in section 5; block, delete and destroy the data. Processing is automated and may involve human review. Dissemination to an indefinite group of persons is not permitted. No decision producing legal consequences for me or otherwise materially affecting my rights is made solely through automated processing.

5. Persons processing data on the Controller’s instructions
5.1. After the form resumes, the Controller engages Yandex.Cloud LLC, TIN 7704458262, PSRN 1187746678580, Room 528, 16 Leo Tolstoy Street, Moscow 119021, Russian Federation, to receive the form, perform server-side processing and store the enquiry and Consent record. Cloud Functions and YDB in the Russian ru-central1 region, together with necessary logs and backups, are used. On the Controller’s instructions, the provider performs the operations in section 4 to the extent required for the purposes in section 2. Terms: https://yandex.ru/legal/cloud_dpa/ru/.

5.2. Yandex LLC, TIN 7736207543, PSRN 1027700229193, 16 Leo Tolstoy Street, Moscow 119021, Russian Federation, provides Yandex 360 for replies through the Controller's domain mail.

5.3. This Consent does not permit form fields or enquiry content to be sent to Vercel, Google, Gmail or PROFILE 360. The foreign legacy environment has been closed. Before enabling the form, the Controller re-verifies the actual form, log and backup routes. Technical requests required to deliver the page are governed by the Privacy Policy and are not based on this Consent.

6. Localisation and no consent to cross-border transfer of form content
After the form resumes, initial recording takes place in YDB in the Russian ru-central1 region. This Consent does not permit cross-border transfer of form content or correspondence. Before enabling the form, the Controller must re-verify Russian localisation and the routes used for logs and backups.

7. Duration and withdrawal
This Consent takes effect when the form is submitted and remains valid until the earliest of: fulfilment of the purposes; 180 days after receipt of the enquiry; or the Controller’s receipt of a withdrawal where no other lawful basis applies.

Withdrawal may be sent to privacy@victoriasafonova.ru or by post to: 31 Klary Tsetkin Street, Moscow 125130, Russian Federation, marked “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing”. The request should state the person’s name, the email used in the form, the approximate submission date and other information sufficient to locate the enquiry and verify the requester. A passport copy should not be sent unless separately and reasonably requested.

After receiving a withdrawal, the Controller stops processing based on this Consent and, unless another lawful basis applies, ensures destruction of the data within 30 days. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.

8. Additional terms and evidence
Consent is voluntary. Without it, the form cannot be submitted; other published contact methods, where available, remain usable. The form is intended only for persons aged 18 or over; age confirmation must be requested through a separate checkbox and does not form part of this Consent.

After the form resumes, the Consent record includes the date and time, versions of the Consent and Privacy Policy, language, the method “separate checkbox”, page address and the SHA-256 checksum of the exact version. Each version is kept in immutable form. Identifier of this version: CONSENT-2026-08-25-v1.4.

Further information is provided in the separate Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy: https://victoriasafonova.ru/en/privacy/. The link is informational and is not separate consent or confirmation that the Privacy Policy has been accepted.

The Russian version of the Consent is controlling. The English version is a translation; the Russian version prevails in the event of inconsistency.
